Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure a great experience for all and make it as effortless as possible everyone to experience POWER & POWER Yin when they want to. You can cancel your POWER experience up to 24 hrs in advance online, with the app, or by emailing hello@powerisbananas.com Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the start time). We understand that cancellations will occur, but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops others from booking a banana. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, the session will not be refunded. POWER Pop Up bookings (including Full Moon, and Sundowner) are non-refundable within 7 calendar days of the experience. POWER on the Water is non-refundable from time of booking.
